Bone Broth

Brone Broth is rich in nutrients and great for your health!

 

InGredients

  • Thyme 

  • Rosemary 

  • Sage 

  • Carrots

  • Celery 

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 

  • Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Onion

  • Bay Leaves

  • Garlic

  • Shitake Mushrooms

  • Scalions

  • Parsley

  • Turmeric

Bring 6 Quarts of water to a boil and add Bones

Add Salt to Taste

Cut veggies into 1 Inch Cubes and create a Mirepoix

Add Vegetables to pot immediately

Create Bouquet Garni With Herbs and add to pot

Add 1/4 Cup ACV

Add Turmeric, or ginger to taste

Simmer on low for 14 hours

Cool and Enjoy
